5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only. Sticker Giant is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs. All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Inspect your products upon delivery. Claims for defects or damages must be submitted within 5 business days. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund.

7. Defective Products and Limitations

Variations within ±2.5% in size, color, or alignment are considered within acceptable production standards. Issues outside of this range may qualify for remediation.

8. Customer Submitted Artwork

Designs should be uploaded in CMYK format at 300 DPI. Sticker Giant is not liable for color differences resulting from RGB to CMYK conversion. You must ensure that submitted artwork is properly licensed.

9. Content License and Copyright

By submitting content, you grant Sticker Giant the right to use it for production and promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted. Product images may appear in our online portfolio or marketing.

10. Overruns and Proofing

Orders may ship with a variance of up to ±8%. Digital proofs are provided, and clients are responsible for approving all final versions before production begins.

11. Payments

We accept all major credit cards and approved payment methods. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest after 30 days.

12. Website Usage

Users may not reproduce, scrape, or distribute any part of this site for commercial purposes without written authorization.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.

14. Disclaimers and Governing Law
